If we talk about how to remove blood stains, chocolate or wine stains, we can try mixing a tablespoon of ammonia with half a litre of water. Remember that it is not recommended to do this on wool carpets.

Steam? I Thought It Was Called Carpet Cleaning…

There is a misconception about the name of this type of cleaning. Back in the day it was called a steam clean and did indeed use steam to treat dirty carpets. Today however, the process is called Hot Water Extraction and is very similar to the old steam process. Only better. Some people still use steam to clean carpet though.
